What to Know
Performance-tracking calculators for runners and cyclists (Pace, Race Time Predictor, VO2 Max, Bike Gear Ratio, Cycling Power-to-Weight) sit alongside sport-specific stat calculators (Baseball Stats, Basketball Shooting Percentage, Fantasy Football Points) and strength-training tools (One-Rep Max, Wilks/DOTS Score).
Golf Handicap uses the official current USGA World Handicap System formula, not a simplified approximation — one of the more methodologically involved calculators on the site for exactly that reason. If you're comparing your own performance over time rather than against a fixed standard, Pace and Swim Pace are usually the starting point.
- Running PaceFind your running pace, finish time, or distance — solve for whichever one you don't already know.
- Race Time PredictorPredict your likely finish time at a different race distance from a time you've already run, using Pete Riegel's widely-used endurance formula.
- One-Rep-MaxEstimate the heaviest weight you could lift for one rep, from a weight and rep count you've already lifted.
- Wilks / DOTS ScoreNormalize a powerlifting total against bodyweight with the Wilks and DOTS formulas, so lifters of different weight classes can be fairly compared.
- Golf HandicapEstimate your golf handicap index from your recent scores using the official USGA World Handicap System formula.
- Baseball Batting Average & ERACalculate batting average from hits and at-bats, or ERA from earned runs and innings pitched.
- Basketball Shooting PercentageCalculate shooting percentage from shots made and shots attempted.
- Swim PaceFind your swimming pace per 100m/100yd, your finish time, or the distance you covered, given the other two.
- Bike Gear Ratio / Gain RatioCalculate a bicycle drivetrain's gear ratio, gain ratio, and development from chainring, cog, wheel size, and crank length.
- Cycling Power-to-Weight RatioCalculate your cycling power-to-weight ratio (watts per kilogram) from your power output and body weight, and see how it compares to published performance bands.
- Fantasy Football PointsCalculate a player's fantasy football points from their box-score stats, in Standard or PPR scoring format.
- VO2 MaxEstimate your VO2 max (aerobic fitness) from the Cooper 12-Minute Run Test -- just run as far as you can in 12 minutes.
