This page explains what information The Everything Calculator collects, how it's used, and what choices you have. Using this site's calculators doesn't require creating an account, and any numbers you enter stay in your own browser rather than being sent to us for calculation. What follows is the full detail.

Information You Enter Into a Calculator

The numbers you type into a calculator (a loan amount, a height and weight, a date) are processed entirely within your own browser. Calculator inputs are not transmitted to our servers for calculation or storage. If a calculator's page URL includes your inputs (used for the "copy link" / share feature), that's stored only in the link itself, not anywhere on this site.

Automatically Collected Technical Information

Like most websites, the infrastructure that hosts and delivers this site — our hosting provider and content delivery network — may automatically collect standard technical information with each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, request timestamps, referring pages, and similar server log information. This does not include anything you type into a calculator. It's used for security, troubleshooting, preventing abuse, and operating the website.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, a third-party service provided by Google, to understand which calculators are useful and which search terms people use to find them. Calculator input values themselves are not intentionally collected or sent to Google Analytics. Client-side errors are also reported to Google Analytics so real bugs can be found and fixed, without intentionally including any of your actual input values. Advertising

Ads on this site are served by Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and this service may receive certain technical and usage information in accordance with Google's own privacy practices. Data Retention

Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured for this site's Analytics property, after which it's automatically deleted by Google. Bookmarks and calculation history stored in your browser's local storage remain on your device until you clear them yourself — since that data is never sent to us, there's nothing on our end to delete.

International Visitors

If you access this site from outside the United States, information collected through the site — including by our hosting provider and by Google's services — may be processed in the United States or other countries where those providers operate.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone in that age group.
